**MENCARI SITE SUPERVISOR MERANGKAP TECHNICIAN**

**WAJIB ada pengalaman dalam penyelenggaraan lampu jalan/bangunan atau pengalaman dalam handle project tersebut.**

**Requirements**:

- Nationality: Malaysian
- Possess technical knowledge and capability to solve technical and site issue.
- Has Own Transport & license
- Has experience in Electrical work/streetlight
- Integrity, Self-Discipline, and Responsibility
- Basic Communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Young, willing to learn and punctuality (Preferred Single), married also can apply
- Able to work under pressure, multi-tasking
- Good time management skill and able to meet deadlines.
- Can use AutoCAD software is an advantage

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Preparation of paper work including daily site Reporting, monitoring progress, inspection/checking of works at site. Ad-hoc assigned
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
- Overseeing the progress of all construction activities
- Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health and safety regulations
- Implementing industry best practices and safety protocols
- Hiring and evaluating the performance of the on-site workers
- Regularly checking inventory and placing orders for building materials
- Ensuring all equipment's are in working order and good condition
- Responsible for maintaining safety and quality controlscessary to complete the project
- Responsible for maintaining safety and quality controls
- Arrange jobs, receiving & giving instructions, pick up delivery

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Subang Bestari: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Salary package will commensurate with qualification and experience.**

**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month
