E-commerce Account Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as an E-commerce Account Administrator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and optimizing our online store's accounts, ensuring accurate and efficient financial transactions, and providing support to various e-commerce activities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Account Management**:
Monitor and manage customer accounts on the e-commerce platform.
Verify and update account information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Resolve account-related issues promptly and professionally.
**Financial Transactions**:
Process and reconcile financial transactions, including orders, refunds, and cancellations.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate recording and reporting of e-commerce transactions.
**Data Analysis**:
Analyse e-commerce data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Generate reports on account-related metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
**Collaboration**:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, and sales team, to ensure seamless integration of account-related processes.
Communicate effectively with external partners, such as payment processors and third-party service providers.
**Qualifications**:
- Studies in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce account management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Proficient in using e-commerce management tools and platforms.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
