Qc Admin

**Perform data entry and other administrative support for day-to-day execution of the Quality work processes, including**:

- Generation of Product Quality Plans, Project Quality Plans, Material Test Certificates and other Quality documentation.
- Incoming, in-process and outgoing inspections.
- Detection, handling and disposition of nonconforming goods.
- Usage and calibration of measuring equipment.
- Supplier evaluations and site audits.
- Customer witness inspections.
- Audits from customers and certification bodies.
- Comply with the company’s QMS & HSEMS and all relevant customer, internal, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, FPC and legal/regulatory requirements.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Minimum Form 5 or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- 5-day working week.
- Working Location: Nusa Cemerlang
