Showroom Assistant

To understand and execute the whole process of Loading / Unloading process until the completion of the synchronization process which includes version creation. Ensure a high level of customer service satisfaction through excellent sales services and able to assess and understand customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
- Understand the process and features of POS (Point of Sale) and handle the same daily with due diligence and the highest integrity and maintain proper sales and collection records on a daily/weekly and monthly basis.
- Assist the Showroom team in loading and unloading of goods from the van or lorry as at when delivery is made to the store / warehouse and maintain in-house stock in well presentable condition in designated areas.
- Comply with inventory control procedures. To always ensure the products are appropriately arranged on the shelves with the current selling price displayed accordingly.
- To prepare & submit the daily collection to Head Office or company dispatch (authorized person ONLY) to be collected on the same or the following day with proper records maintained. Sales cash if reaches high amount to be kept in a safe before handover or inform the Branch Control Department for their advice.
- Prepare reports from POS / SAP on a daily & monthly basis and ensure timely submission besides the handling of Lazada sales & shipping activities.
- To learn/familiarize/execute online payment collections namely Touch ‘n GO, Maybank QRPayBiz / DuitNow, GrabPay, Credit / Debit card, etc. and generate Sales Reports and Collection Summaries daily for reporting.
- Ensure the store/warehouse is clean at all times regularly before and after working hours.
- To ensure all SKUs are available for daily sales especially during festival seasons. To practice proper stock buffering and ordering and avoid Out of Stock (OOS). To raise periodical goods order without fail and when necessary.
- To ensure proper arrangements and display of festival products (flour and other essential items) are made together with decorations in a well presentable manner (Deepavali, Hari Raya & other festival if required).

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
