J - Sonographer

Job Description:

- Performs ultrasound examinations in accordance with the policies and procedures applicable to the Radiology Services.
- Review the patient's medical chart prior to their appointment and have a clear understanding of the images required.
- Performs and produces high quality ultrasound images in various services including radiology, vascular studies, muscular studies, obstetrics and gynaecology.
- To liaise with Radiologists/other clinicians on the outcome of the ultrasound scan.
- Contact external vendors to service and repair equipment and notify HOD.

Job Requirements:

- Possess recognized Degree/Diploma in Diagnostic Medical Ultrasonography.
- Participates in, in-service and other educational programmed or relevant clinical experience in healthcare institution is an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skill.
- Must be willing to work at Petaling Jaya.
