As an Adventure Ambassador, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service and support to travelers from around the world. Your main responsibility will be to assist customers with their travel inquiries, provide recommendations on destinations and activities, and ensure that they have a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
2. Assist customers in planning their ideal travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, activities, and transportation.
3. Offer personalized recommendations and insider tips on must-see attractions, hidden gems, and local experiences at various destinations.
4. Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with other team members to stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and new offerings to better assist customers.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to track inquiries and provide data-driven insights for improvement.
7. Stay informed about travel regulations, safety guidelines, and health protocols to provide up-to-date information to customers.
Qualifications:
- Passion for travel and exploring new destinations.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a positive outlook towards challenges.
- Previous experience in customer service or travel-related roles is a plus but not required.
**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
