**Job Responsibility and task**
- Assist in formulating Sustainability / ESG strategies and plan;
- Develop, coordinate and implement ESG policies
- Execute the planned Sustainability / ESG initiatives and programs, including its overall administration
- Assist to monitor effectiveness and efficiency of the Sustainability Policy & Action Plans
- Coordinate, monitor and report on the progress of sustainability initiatives
- Develop and manage the company’s Sustainability communication to relevant stakeholders including employees, suppliers, customers, communities
- Inculcate sustainable values & environment-friendly practices into business and operation decisions
- Facilitate in the development of Sustainability-related training, workshops, events and programs for stakeholders
- Organize and prepare training materials related to Sustainability strategy as internal awareness program
- Conduct study and analysis of the Sustainability / ESG opportunities relevant to the industry and company
- Monitor and work on ESG rating by ascertaining and measuring sustainability efforts and monitor sustainability indicators
- Conduct assessment and benchmarking against relevant Sustainability requirement and standards
- Assist in preparation of sustainability report, presentation, infographics, and website disclosures/updates
- Stay up-to-date with emerging sustainability trends, standards, technologies, and best practices

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in Sustainability related work functions
- Excellent writer and strong communicator with good presentation skills
- Degree in Environmental Science / Marketing & Communications / Accounting /Finance / Banking / Economics / Business / Engineering or equivalent
- Prefer with certified qualification in Sustainability or ESG
- Highly adaptable and good team player
- Equipped with critical and analytical thinking skills
- Strong work commitment and self-starter with the desire to learn

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
