Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Purpose:
Responsible for gathering and analyzing user requirement and impact analysis during project preparation phase.
Engaging with relevant channel teams, technology teams, digital teams, legal, risk and compliance teams, etc. to document design options and recommendations.
Assist in data migration and system integration work.
Guided by broad policy guidelines and/or objectives/targets for work assignments are communicated by superior.

Key Performance Indicators:
Application implementation and delivery
Service level agreement fulfillment
Internal audit rating
Internal employee engagement survey
External customer engagement survey
Yearly staff learning hours fulfillment
IT Finance (Capex/Opex).

REQUIREMENTS (Qualification/Experience/Skills):
Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.

Job Requirements:
Preferred level of Experience (by years/function/industry):
Minimum 5-7 years working as a Business Analyst.
Preferably with banking, insurance or unit trust company experience.
Money Market Fund, Bonds, Equity Derivatives is preferred.
Detail oriented and good documentation skill is required
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
High level of professionalism, patience and maturity, team player.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interface between the user and tech in defining and delivering the optimal solution, through detailed

business requirements, functional requirements
Ensure prompt and efficient provision of IT support and delivery of IT services
Ensure secure delivery of IT services and effective management of technology risks
Assist in data migration process to migrate the data from old system to new system.
Assist in system integration, understand the data flow and ensure the core system is able to exchange data with other peripheral systems.
Ensure high standard of integrity and compliance of all legal, regulatory and IT Security requirements
Comply at all times with all relevant acts, laws, articles of associations, rules and regulations
Ensure, maintain and enforce a proper supervisory program and competent system of internal controls.

Other skills required:
Basis knowledge of data extraction such as SSIS or ETL.
Having experience in Oracle/MS SQL database will be added advantage.
Preferable with ASP.net, mobile apps coding or support experience.
Strong technical skill, enterprise architecture exposure.
