Voxelmaps is seeking to fill the position of Project Manager to oversee our sites in the APAC Region for a user study collection project. This position will be a salaried position that will extend to approximately a through June 2024 duration with a high potential for extension.

For this Participant based study you will assist the Senior Project Manager in all aspects of the study from the beginning to the end. Including, but not limited to: assist with management of Site Coordinators for in-person User Study/User Experience data collection across multiple APAC sites. Assist with management of digital marketing and recruitment manager. Act as liaison between various departments within the Company.

**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**
- 2-3+ years proven experience in a Project Manager role, to include planning and coordinating sophisticated, cross-functional programs from initiation to delivery across global time zones, being responsible for client and team management.
- Agency experience for technology/entertainment/gaming is a plus.
- Limited event/experiential experience is a plus.
- Experience in a large technology organization - responsible for deployment/delivery across multiple global territories.
- Solid understanding of the full Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC) process including comprehending business and functional requirements, developing and implementing testable solutions when needed.
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail, able to proactively identify and mitigate risk to large global teams.
- Comfortable working with, presenting to, and facilitating decisions among, senior leaders and executives based on evolving priorities.
- Prioritizes the success of the project & team. Able to clearly articulate challenges and break down complex challenges into achievable steps.
- Ability to assess and address challenges independently. Ability to visibly and reliably maintain expectations with both internal and external cross-functional partners.
- Solid understanding of change management, dependency management, and risk management to ensure clear communication of expectations and project status.
- High-Intermediate to Advanced grasp of the English language.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain consistent communication with internal and external teams regarding any necessary deviations from the project plan.
- Coordinate and manage accounts with third party service providers, like car rental agencies and ride-share services.
- Direct and coordinate the efforts of in-field staff.
- Direct and oversee the work of the regional data validation team to ensure that data meets client specifications.
- Conduct training and onboarding with in-field team team members.
- Monitor ongoing operations/logistics, helping to maintain accurate project status, escalating issues for team visibility, and actively mitigating risk.
- Monitor and keep the team apprised of changing COVID-19 restrictions in all data collection regions
- Provide consistent, accurate reporting to internal and external teams.
- Maintain accurate budgets, spend projections, and spend tracking.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**
This is a fully remote position and can be located anywhere in the APAC region but must be within reasonable distance to an International Airport.

**Job Type**: Contractor/Freelancer; term contract

**Timeline**: For immediate hire

**Salary range**: 7400 MYR/month

**Experience**
- Project Management: 2-3+ years (required)
- Experience with User Studies or AI data collection (Preferred, not required)
- Experience in large agency and/or tech organization (Preferred, not required)
- Data Collection, Product Testing, and/or Work In-Field/Street Team: 2+ years (Preferred, not required)
- High-Intermediate to Advanced grasp of the English language

**Location**: Remote
- Must be willing to travel
- Relocation is not offered
- Work authorization
- Have passport to travel abroad as needed (not anticipated to be often).
- Authorized to work without special visa's (i.e. no sponsorship required).
