Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the daily helpdesk ticket support, install/maintain/repairing/replacing/upgrade of hardware/software.
- Ensure the reported incidents are properly logged, identified, prioritized, resolved and tracked within the helpdesk system as per the set SLA for KPI compliance.
- Ensure the reported incidents are being worked on and closed by the other relevant teams within the IT Department.
- Escalate unresolvable issue tickets to the relevant vendors for resolution and tracking to ensure closure of the tickets.
- Resolve customer escalation in a timely manner to avoid disruption and minimize business impact.
- Install security patches, system updates to all the IT equipment (computers, network devices, servers, printers, etc) and services on a periodic basis.
- Perform root cause analysis on performance failures and coordinate with all involved parties that can help remedy the situation.
- Possess working knowledge of Microsoft products, infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, printer management and PABX system.
- Support the administration and maintenance of the University’s website.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science/related disciplines is preferred.
- **1 year of experience in providing IT helpdesk and end user support in the education industry is preferred.**:

- **Fresh IT Graduate are encouraged to apply.**:

- ITIL certified is an advantage.
- **Fluent in Mandarin (written and/or spoken) is required to liaise with the clients/team members from Cina.**:

- Possess good general IT knowledge, skills and troubleshooting ability.
- Possess knowledge to provide support for Microsoft products, infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, printer management and telephone system.
- Able to manage time and resources efficiently.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to work with different teams and to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional analytical, evaluative, and creative problem-solving abilities.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
