Job Scopes & Responsibility - To Assist in daily IT activities in office and production department. - Ensure the IT Infrastructure (Network/Servers/Workstations) are in good condition. - Propose/suggest effective IT solutions to HOD;
- Support related to IT, which include networking, hardware/software installation, maintenance & implementation of PCs, Servers, Storages, printer and etc. - Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and other network and system problems for Office and production operation. - Purchase, record movement of IT equipment and inventory asset list. - Ensure all IT procedures are in place and comply with company standards and IT policies;
- Perform regular system health check/audit, ensure system adhere to guidelines;
