**Responsibilities**:

- To understand contract requirement and M&E specification.
- Assist in overseeing the daily construction and site coordination of different activities.
- Able to check and verify the contractor by performing the tasks routinely.
- Ensure work safe environment at the work site and manage workers.
- Ensure that works progress are on the schedule.
- To oversee the standard of workmanship and compliance with standards.
- To assess and recommend M&E engineering works.
- Able to communicate with interface contractors and also with consultants for engineering issues and shop floor drawings.
- Liaise with relevant authorities, consultant and contractors to ensure smooth implementation and quality of M&E aspects of the project.
- Ensure the contractors are using up-to-date approved drawings at site and the materials and equipment delivered to site are identified, handled and stored safely to prevent loss, damage and injury.
- Confirm the contractor has carried out inspection and tests as per Inspection and Test Plan that approved by local authorities.
**Job Requirements**:

- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Building & Construction experience is added advantage.
