**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To execute maintenance on the functionality and conditions of all machinery, facilities including electrical wiring work and to work proactively to perform maintenance duties promptly.
- To schedule and implement preventive maintenance on facilities and machinery.
- To effectively follow servicing and preventative maintenance program, to enable timely completion to minimize operational disruption.
- To attend to any reported machine breakdowns to reduce downtime.
- To report on defects and malfunctions to superior or management and to assist in identifying solutions.
- To liaise with engineers or other relevant departments on machine upgrade, parts replacement or process improvement program.
- To liaise with external service providers, suppliers or contractors on schedule maintenance work and solutions for machine troubleshoot.
- To assist in installation and commissioning of new machines or equipment.
- To maintain proper records on routine maintenance work and machinery documentation.
- To adhere to and comply with all legal requirements and applicable regulations on machinery maintenance, installation, relocations etc..

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES REQUIRED**:

- At least Certificate or Diploma in Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years related work experience, experience in injection molding machines is an added advantage.
- Computer literate.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
