Warehouse Manager

To take full responsibility of the warehouse department which includes the warehouse and procurement function in leading a team that supports the operations of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understands and appropriately applies principles, procedures, requirements, regulations and policies related to specialized expertise which includes Commercial Evaluation, Vendor Performance Evaluation and Stakeholder Management.
- Manages warehouse activities according to Sakura IMS policies and procedures, and other legal requirement including Warehouse Management Procedure.
- Produce warehouse operations monthly report to support Finance Manager decision making and upward monthly reporting by analyzing and reconciling reports to align with finance leadership requirement.
- Performing post-award contract management ad leading the procurement process that includes tenders, agreements and administering tender evaluation by the committee and coordinating award recommendation.
- Monitor the expiry of the contract and develop a master plan for contract extension and renewal and to ensure there is no contract lapse, issuance of the interim extension while working on new tender.
- Co-develop new tender with contract holder and ensure auditable contract files available at all time.
- Develop and groom the warehouse staff and embeds the culture of continuous learning by performing Gap Analysis for employee’s training requirement.
- Monitoring and reviewing invoices to ensure vendors are paid on time and no major complaint from vendors.
- Ensure smooth operations of the warehouse activities by performing any ad-hoc request from Finance Manager to improve service delivery from Warehouse department.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification of Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Supply Chain Management or relevant
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in Warehousing/ Procurement/ Contracting
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial level
- Familiar with Customs, Forwarding, Shipping Agent including international and local Suppliers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English language.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
