- **English and Mandarin Speakers preferable.**:

- Basic in Accounting is preferable.

Responsibility
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Prepare financial documents such invoices, bills, accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchase orders, reports, and other financial records for entry into computer software.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
