**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Support the administrative team with day-to-day operations and office tasks.
- Maintain office supplies and manage inventory to ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Handle and sort incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist in the preparation of documents and presentations for meetings.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by supervisors and managers when needed.
