Production Supervisor

**Ensure adherence to production standards and discipline**:

- Strictly follow work instructions (WI) in production
- **Collaborate with R&D and Engineering departments for product/process evaluation**:

- Ensure production output meets product specifications and quality requirements
- **Plan and execute production activities to meet delivery schedule**:

- Assist manager in troubleshooting and part failure analysis
- Provide effective production flow and training to operators/technicians
- **Monitor quality and output performance to achieve set targets/yield**:

- Control material inventory and ensure smooth production operations
- Manage machine spare parts and tooling inventory with Technician/Engineering
- **Maintain good morale and discipline among the production line**:

- Enforce 5S, safety, and environmental protection in the respective area

**Requirements**:

- Certificate/Diploma in Engineering/Manufacturing (Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Mechanical).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of SAP system is a plus.
- **Applicants must be willing to work in Tebrau.**

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
