Proven experience as a CA UIM Administrator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of CA UIM and relevant Server monitoring tools.
- Able to able work independently and deliver service improvements in the tool.
- Have good experience in supporting the operations and working with Vendors.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation.

Pay: Up to RM18,000.00 per month
