**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for a comprehensive set of controllership activities including financial control, financial planning, financial reporting, financial analysis and cash flow for the group.
- Ensure effective month-end close processes are in place
- Streamlining and enhancing the management reporting process for the company
- Support VP Finance with day to day finance activities as assigned.
- Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for financial improvement and cost optimisation
- Lead the annual budget process and periodic rolling forecast
- Monitor and analyse financial and operational results, budget forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) against targets
- Manage annual audits and tax submissions in collaboration with external parties.
- Establish and maintain internal process, procedures and controls which ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting and forecasts; avoid errors and surprises
- Provide guidance on accounting matters to the Finance team
- Motivate and mentor the finance team, and ensure that all are regularly trained and updated on the group’s financial and reporting policies.

**REQUIREMENTS (Education, Years of Experience, Skills, Etc)**
- Degree in accounting or equivalent professional qualification.
- Proven 10 - 15 years’ experience in finance management.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work cross functionally.
- Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
- Auditing experience & compliance oriented.
- Strong analytical skills, exceptional problem solving skills & has a flair for numbers.
- Able to lead a team of seasoned finance personnel.
- Shared Service experience would be beneficial.
- Prior Project Management experience would be ideal.
- Good understanding of FMCG environment.
- Highly organized and assertive
- Good communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM28,000.00 - RM32,000.00 per month

Schedule:
