Accounts Assistant

**Job Responsibility**:
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable, receivable and bank reconciliation on monthly basis.
- Manage fixed assets with the Cloud software (BUKKU).
- Handling daily operation and understand the whole process of the business.
- Verify and process all invoices Act as the main point of contact to suppliers/ vendors regarding payment or any other enquiries.
- Receive, verify and reimburse all employees claims and manage petty cash flow.
- Responsible for journal slips entry in in-house accounting system Monitor and update payment status.
- Assist with internal/ external audits if needed.
- Interface/coordination with management and various department in relevant matter.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks that are assigned by superior.
**Job Requirement**:
- SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent.
- Possess at least Diploma in Accountancy or Finance or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Attribute require: independents, team player, good attitude and detail-oriented and fast learning.
- Skills require: knowledgeable with accounting software.
- Computer Literate: Microsoft Excel.
- This position will be based at our HQ in Sunway Mentari, Petaling Jaya.
