- Check & update employees attendance
- Handle staff claims

- Key in Sales Order
- Prepare Invoice & DO
- Prepare daily & monthly report
- Handle Import & Export shipment
- Application & Renewal Penang port pass
- Renew license B & maintain related document
- Filling documents
- Other administrative duties that may be assigned
**Job Requirements**
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Word & Excel
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Knowledge in UBS accounting software system would be an advantage.
- Able to start work immediately would be an advantage.
- Able to speak, read and wirte Chinese.
