Handle external & internal customers enquiries in a timely manner.
- Handle daily project follow up & quotation & project costing
- Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc jobs / projects as and when required by the management from time to time.
- Prepare proposals and project tender documentation for customers and actively follows up on the progress.
- Update local/regional team on outstanding inquiries and facilitate internal discussions to optimize customer proposals in terms of price, delivery, and quality.
- Liaise with regional sales support back office.
- Be a vocal point to suppliers and negotiate on beneficial terms for supply of material.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient spoken, read and written in Bahasa Melayu & English. Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage (Speak, read & write).
- Competent in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask, organized & good time management skills.
- Resourceful, self-motivated & team player.
- Possess strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Able to join immediately is highly preferred.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
