Blown Film Technician

**Machine operations**: Lead and guide a team of machine operators engaged in plastics blown film extrusion machines. Ensure precise machine setup and execution of processes in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- **Production Planning**: Develop comprehensive production plans and schedules based on customer orders and sales forecasts. Monitor daily production output to consistently achieve production targets.
- **Process Optimization**:Identify continuous opportunities to optimize production processes, minimize waste, and enhance productivity. Regularly review and implement new process improvements.
- **R&D**: Formulate and develop new products in compliance with emerging industry standards. Conduct thorough testing on new products to meet and exceed industry benchmarks.
- **Quality control**: Develop and implement robust quality control procedures to ensure products consistently meet high-quality standards throughout the production process.
- **Training and Development**: Deliver comprehensive training to new machine operators and provide ongoing training to existing staff to enhance their skills and efficiency.
- **Inventory management**: Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure an ample supply of raw materials for production needs. Work closely with the procurement team to plan raw material purchases based on sales forecasts. Monitor and regulate raw material consumption to minimize wastage.
- **Troubleshooting**:Swiftly identify and resolve production-related issues. Collaborate effectively with the maintenance team to address machine breakdowns and other technical challenges.
- **Record-Keeping and Reporting**: Possess strong proficiency in English and Malay reading and writing skills. Demonstrate high proficiency in using computers and the ability to generate regular reports on production output, efficiency, and quality.
- **Safety Compliance**:Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures

for machine operators and production staff. Conduct regular safety inspections
to ensure strict adherence to safety standards, maintaining a secure working environment.
- **Soft Skills**: Showcase strong leadership abilities in managing a plastics blown film production line. Effectively address performance issues and provide constructive feedback. Demonstrate the ability to work in a highly organized manner.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
