Warehouse Supervisor

Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels.
- Implement efficient storage solutions to maximize warehouse space.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Measure and report KPIs and operational metrics to the Operations Manager on a weekly basis.

Order Fulfilment
- Supervise the picking, packing, and dispatching of customer orders.
- Coordinate with the production team to meet order fulfilment targets.
- Monitor and report on order status and delays.

Quality Control
- Implement and enforce quality control measures for both incoming and outgoing products.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Address and resolve quality-related issues promptly.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff.
- Conduct training programs to enhance team skills and performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Safety and Compliance
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with relevant authorities to ensure adherence to regulations.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Implement best practices to enhance overall warehouse and logistics operations.
- Proactively contribute to cost reduction initiatives.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
