**Overview**:
The Manager, Business Development is a revenue-producing role that is responsible for developing and managing relationships with a defined portfolio of customer & resellers /channel partners.
The role comes with a dual responsibility for selective new partner & end customer recruitment, partner / end customer engagement and enabling the partners’ sales resources and supporting their sales efforts
**Role Description**:
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and build partner/customer base.
- Drive new business with existing partners and establish new client relationships within the eco-system.
- Support partners in cybersecurity sales presentations, review RFPs and define strategy to drive market share
- Own the sales process from prospecting to executing commercial contracts and as well as continuously manage the sales pipeline.
- Work with Bitshield Management and Product teams to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead negotiations with partners and with internal stakeholders and develop terms sheets and contracts.
- Supports the execution and management of the customer contract agreement process
All About You:
- Manage channel pipeline and forecast reporting and track progress through the sales cycle
- Strong Business Development & Relationship management expertise.
- Possess a blend of analytical capability, strategic thinking, and emotional intelligence and able to dive deep on all areas of the business to deliver creative solutions to unstructured problems.
- Drive partner alignment sessions to review partners’ pipelines, conduct win/loss analysis, and develop account penetration strategies to identify and build new sales opportunities
- Engage Bitshield’s resources and stakeholders in support of partnership objectives and sales e.g., direct sales, Product Liaisons, marketing, etc
- Required expertise on Cybersecurity industry trends and competitive landscape
- Working Knowledge in security standards, products and frameworks such as Endpoint Security, VAPT, RMM, ISO/IEC 27.001, ISO/IEC 27.002, ISO/IEC 27.701, PCI-DSS V 4.0, NIST CSF, CIS Controls v8, MITRE ATT&CK
- Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior management and business partners both internally and externally including, CISO, CIO roles within customer organizations.
**Requirement**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related filed.
- Minimum 3 Years Experience in Sales and Marketing (Private Sector).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence others.
- Willing to travel
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
**Additional Information**:
- Office Base in Mont Kiara
- Working Hours Monday to Friday at 9am to 6pm
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
