Iets Operator

The IETS Operator will be responsible for operating, maintaining equipment and ensuring IETS daily water treatment operation meet standard B DOE water quality before discharge. To ensure that safety standards and procedures are followed at all times. Monitoring & responsibility daily treatment quality before discharge. Verify the correct quantity of chemical dosing & procedure to preparing chemical. Ensure piping, instruments & equipment of IETS in good condition. Record down daily Parameter Monitoring report & chemical consumption record. Daily sampling treated water for lab test (pH, COD & Fe content) and ensure all parameter meets Standard B requirement. Ensure all the IETS working area are clean & good environment. Strive to support, encourage & achieve or better company objective & KPIs. Always follow safety procedures and company policies as well as recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety. Identify and report unsafe operations to Line Leader immediately To work safely and adhere to the Company’s safety policies and procedures at all times. Others assigned duties as required. Qualifications & Others: Sijil kemahiran Malaysia on engineering or related studies Willing to work on 24 hours shift rotation (Morning & Night Shift) Work on scheduled working calendar Able to work on weekend and during public holiday At NS BlueScope our success comes from our people.
