Check the temperature at production room, freezer & chiller.
- Check the cleanliness at working area and to carry out daily cleaning activities.
- Check Physical goods receive VS List provided by 3PL.
- Record and report immediately whatever thing that need urgent attention. (i.e. freezer/ chiller breakdown. Machineries breakdown, work equipment loss of work utensil etc.
- To cut the meat as per instruct by superior.
- Test and check all equipment (machinery, weighing scales)
- Lead routine housekeeping and daily freshness checks.
- Ensure nontrade stock is sufficiently stocked.
- Execute orders or directive promptly with thoroughness in details.
- Extend butchery assistance with urgency in all forms not limited to receipt, preparation, display and over the counter sales service.
- To adhere and enforce all Company’s policies and procedures.
- Undertake/participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Min 1-2 years of experience in similar capacity preferably from hyper/supermarkets or F&B industry.
- Tasks driven with effective communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Able to work on 6 days a week with shift rotation basis.
- Reporting to work 15 minutes before actual working hours to prepare for the day assignments
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
