**Job Title**: Account Clerk

**Company: ABI Medic Group (M) Sdn Bhd**

**Location**: Kuantan, Pahang

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update financial records in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and budgeting activities
- Handle general accounting tasks as required, including data entry and filing
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is preferred
- Proven work experience as an Account Clerk or in a similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures
