Account Admin Assistant

**Job responsibility**
- Preparing daily file in excel by extracting data from system
- Perform daily report & bank reconciliation
- Responsible to report on any non-compliance and financial irregularities during income document verification and computation
- Preparing monthly statement
- Able to perform tasks assigned by management time to time
- Perform general administrative duties including but not limited to data management, document arrangement and compile reports
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fresh Graduate Welcomed
