**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Conceptualize and produce engaging and original content for our TikTok channel that aligns with our brand and objectives.
- Develop creative strategies to attract and retain followers, including trending challenges, duets, and collaborations.
- Regularly monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and increase reach and engagement.
- **Live Hosting**:

- Host live sessions on TikTok to engage with our audience in real-time.
- Facilitate interactive experiences such as Q&A sessions, product demonstrations, and behind-the-scenes looks to drive engagement and build relationships.
- Act as a brand ambassador during live sessions, promoting our products or services in a natural and authentic manner.
- **Sales Promotion**:

- Utilize live sessions to showcase and promote our products or services, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Employ persuasive communication techniques to drive sales and conversions, including limited-time offers, exclusive discounts, and compelling calls-to-action.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives tailored to the TikTok platform.
- **Audience Engagement**:

- Monitor comments and engage with our TikTok audience in a timely and authentic manner.
- Foster a sense of community among followers by responding to questions, addressing concerns, and acknowledging feedback.
- Proactively identify trends and topics of interest to our audience, incorporating them into content and live sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a content creator and/or live host on TikTok or other social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends, features, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for content and promotions.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and measure the performance of content and campaigns.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to drive results and meet targets.
- Knowledge of marketing and sales principles, particularly in a digital and e-commerce context.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for our brand and a genuine interest in engaging with our audience.

**Requirements**:

- Enthusiasm for social media and a desire to learn about content creation and sales.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and take on new challenges.
- Basic understanding of digital platforms and social media tools.
- SPM, diploma or equivalent qualification.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 5.5 per week
