**Job Responsibilities & Scope**
- Collaborate with interior designers to develop and create design concepts and solutions for clients
- Create visual representations of design ideas using software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other graphic design software
- Create 2D and 3D floor plans, elevations, and other design drawings
- Select appropriate color schemes, textures, and materials to create cohesive design concepts
- Develop detailed renderings and visualizations of design concepts to aid in client presentations
- Work with project managers and other team members to ensure that design projects meet deadlines and budget requirements
- Review design specifications and recommend materials, fixtures, and finishes to ensure project quality
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials to showcase the firm's interior design services
- Stay up to date with design trends, materials, and technology advancements to maintain a competitive edge in the field
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under tight deadlines.

**Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Expertise**
- Diploma, Advanced, Higher or Graduate Diplomas in interior design, graphic design, or a related field.
- Strong design skills are essential with a good eye for color, composition, and typography.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Studio Max, Adode Photoshop, Sketch-up and AutoCAD.
- Must be collaborative and self-motivated.
- Ability to communicate their ideas clearly to clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage their time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
- Languages: English /Bahasa Melayu (Preferably Bahasa and Mandarin speakers)
- Must have transportation and ability to travel to customer sites as needed.

**Location: Penang (Pulau Tikas)**

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
