Klang, Malaysia Solid Xpress Sdn Bhd Full time

Ensure all processes whether import or export are carried out in accordance with established procedures and instruction s in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Arrange timely delivery/collection of cargoes to customers according to schedules.
- Assist customer on urgent clearance of cargoes as and when required.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to relevant parties as needed.
- Handling customer’s complaints timely and professionally.

Job Requirement
- Preferable with 2 years of similar working experience.
- Attention to Detail and team player.
- Clear and effective communication for coordinating with various parties involved in the shipping process.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Ability to quickly identify and address issues that may arise during the shipping process.
- Familiarity with shipping software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools will be added advantage

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
