Hostel Warden

Manage the day-to-day operations of the foreign worker hostel in accordance with current Malaysian regulations. - Ensure the welfare and safety of the foreign workers residing in the hostel. - Maintain a clean, hygienic, and orderly living environment within the hostel premises. - Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure compliance with hostel regulation. - Handle and resolve complaints, conflicts, and issues that arise among residents in a professional and timely manner. - Conduct regular inventory checks of hostel equipment, furniture and supplies, and report any damages or deficiencies. - Keep accurate records of residents' details, visitors’ attendance and any incidents or emergencies that occur within the hostel. - Provide assistance and guidance to foreign workers in accessing necessary services, such as healthcare, transportation, and banking. - Conduct periodic training and orientation sessions for new residents regarding hostel rules, regulations, and safety procedures.
