**Responsibilities**:
**1. Quality Management System**
- Main person in maintain the quality management system
- Assist QMR to ensure a proper and effective documentation system
- Assist QMR to ensure policy and procedure are in place and coordinates with respective HOD on implementation of SOP & Policy are according to ISO standards.
- Assist Manager to ensure TCM system is adhering to the regulatory requirement
- Main coordinator in Management Review Meeting and record minutes
- Coordinate in quality assurance training & guidance to TCM team
- Responsible in all QA related report and maintaining QA documents

**2. TCM Clinical System**
- Main person in monitoring clinical team daily duty roster
- Assist in TCM clinical team operational and HR issue
- Responsible in TCM Department monthly management & QA report

**3. Product Development**
- Product or Programme Analysis & development
- To conduct internal and external product research, market intelligent, sample trial assessment and collect testimony and compile the summary and proposal to Management for development plan (local and international especially China and Asia Market)

a) Related TCM / Healthcare products

b) TCM / Medical device and machine (if any)

c) Health tourism, health retreat (Spa, massage, Detox ), Chinese Traditional Medicine (Tuina, massage ) packages

d) Health Screening packages

e) To assist on developing health menu, retreat program, training, health and nutritional talk / seminar.

f) To work on developing and searching for potential nutritional products for the company.

g) Modify and improve current product or packages and feedback for result.

h) Responsible in the planning and production of advertising, public relations, promotional campaigns, newsletter, leaflets, posters and other print materials.

i) Responsible in all products and services monitoring & inventory system.

j) Responsible in Product Training and Health Talk

**4. TCM Business Support & Center Management Processes**
- Main coordinator to support/coordinate for the Company Projects & Event / Business Development projects.
- Coordinate in management meeting, staff briefing and meeting
- Main coordinator in ensuring the communication between management & staff
- Provide relevant information and knowledge for all health related research finding/ products/ programs/ packages / services developed by the company and competitors study.
- To assist on the operation of Wellness / Health Retreat Program & Health Product
- To coordinate in staff continuous education & training program
- Provide administrative support to management to ensure proper documentation, reporting & communication
- VIP and Members Testimonial as company supportive document for newsletter, company signboard, leaflet, brochure
- Monthly departmental report for management review (Monthly sales analysis report, consultation report, stock inventory report etc.)

**5. Any other assignment/ job function delegated by the superior**

**Job Requirement**
- Degree Holder preferable in Business/ Marketing or Human Skills or other equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years working experience in related aspects
- Proficient in written and spoken in English, Bahasa Malaysia& Mandarin
- Computer skills - MS Words & Excel, power point and internet
- Effective oral communications / Human Relationship skill and written skill.
- PR and Marketing Skills
- Presentation in a clear and concise manner
- Strong sense in medical / health finding, statistics and data analysis
- Able to perform under pressure and changing environment, sensitive towards latest medical & health development and social issues.
