**Job Title**:

- Cargo Operation Officer FOCA

**Reports To**:

- Cargo Handling Senior Executive BUP FOCA

**Position Summary**:

- To perform planning and monitoring function and ensure all Foreign Airlines cargo are properly build up in accordance with Customer Airlines standard operating procedures and requirements and achieved the company service standards.

**Key Accountability**:

- Perform build up planning process for assigned flights based on Load Plan provided by Customer Airlines representative. Liaise with reservations/ Customer Airlines representative.
- Responsible for build-up activities, performance and safety of the vendor in the warehouse.
- Liaise with ULD logistics for empty ULD.
- Communicate with superior on any short of vendor for build-up.
- Ensure ULD build up by vendor to follow safety and quality requirements.
- Take actions to ensure build up ULD completed within SLA.
- Maximize ULD build-up and ensure build up ULD handed over to Ramp on time.
- Check pre-planning (DISPO/Flight Booking List).
- Handover guide and monitors build-up activity to clerk/checker (vendor). Perform final quality check for ULD build-up by vendor.
- Prepare flight service file and documentation filling.
- Perform clerk and driver function during contingency.
- Take photos for key shipment / damaged shipment, remarks in LMS, raise CDR and report to Superior
- Ensure cleanliness of work area with 5S activity.
- Adhere to all IMS requirement and any other relevant policies and procedure set by the company.
- Ensure working in safe environment and comply to safety and security requirements.

**Qualifications & Working Experience**:

- SPM or higher tertiary qualification / diploma
- At least 5 years experience in cargo operation

**Area of Experience**:

- Knowledge in Handling of Cargo
- Knowledge in CMS-LMS System / CMS-CWIS System

**Personality Traits**:

- Pleasant with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent and proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
