As an In-House Marketing Coordinator, you'll have the exciting opportunity to shape our brand through captivating visuals and take the lead in managing our outsourced social media marketing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the management of our outsourced social media marketing team, providing clear direction aligned with our company's strategy.
- Collaborate with external agencies to ensure cohesive execution of our marketing campaigns.
- Create visually stunning brochures and menu updates that leave a lasting impact on clients and customers.
- Develop graphics for various marketing campaigns, maintaining consistency with our brand and message.
- Craft engaging social media content in collaboration with the marketing team, sparking curiosity and interaction.
- Contribute to extra marketing content and postings beyond the scope of outsourced work, ensuring a comprehensive marketing approach.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in graphic design tools for producing polished, professional artworks.
- Attention to detail, ensuring designs resonate with our brand's aesthetic and guidelines.
- Balancing creativity with strategic thinking, maintaining consistency across all visual assets.
- Strong communication skills to guide external agencies and collaborate with internal teams.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: From RM3,500.00 per month
