1. Process and record financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting documents.

2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in both electronic and paper formats.

3. Organize and file financial documents for easy retrieval during audits or as needed.

4. Monitor and update accounting databases and spreadsheets.

5. Provide general administrative support to the accounting department.

6. Handle correspondence and communication related to financial matters.

7. Assist in preparing documentation and information for internal and external audits.

8. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.

9. Provide assistance and clarification on financial procedures and policies when required.

10. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and relevant regulations.

11. Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and accounting standards.

12. Utilize accounting software and tools proficiently for accurate and efficient financial record-keeping.

13. To participate actively in any other new services that is introduced by the company.

Perform any others duties as and when required by the management.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
