Role/ Responsibilities: 1) Implement, maintain and monitor the Company’s Quality Management System. 2) Initiate, review, revise and control all Quality Management System required documents. 3) Initiate and implement quality standards and quality programs for all processes and products under the scope of Quality Management System. 4) Propose and implement changes to constantly improve Quality Management System and ongoing operations in QA Dept. 5) Liaise with production on quality activities / project implementation and related quality issues. 6) Prepare QA statistics, analysis and technical reports to ease managerial decision. 7) Involve in customer complaint investigation and the formulation of relevant counteractions.
