**Position Overview**:
As a Tea Barista, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient store operations. Your responsibilities will involve assisting customers in selecting beverages, handling transactions, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for patrons. You will be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on delivering high-quality beverages and excellent service to our valued customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training**: Receive training to develop operational skills and perform responsibilities in various departments of store operations.

**Customer Service**: Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking their orders, and offering product recommendations.

**Order Fulfillment**: Receiving and processing customer orders.

**Cash Handling**: To responsible for handling cash, credit or debit card transactions, and maintaining accurate records of sales.

**Stock Management**: Ensuring the store is adequately stocked with ingredients, supplies and packing materials and restocking as needed.

**Store Maintenance**: Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including equipment, countertop and seating areas, to ensure a hygienic environment for customers.

**Up selling and Promotion**:Assisting in promoting special offers, new products, or events to attract more customers to the store.

**Quality Control**: Ensuring that all beverages are prepared to the highest quality standards and in accordance with the store’s recipes.

**Daily Reporting**: Keeping track sales, inventory levels, and other relevant data, and report to the store manager as required.

**Compliance and Safety**: Following all health and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of customer and fellow employees.

**Team Collaboration**: Collaborating with co-workers and supporting each other to ensure smooth store operations.

**Product Knowledge**: Have a through understanding of the store’s menu, including ingredients, pricing and special offer.

**Problem-solving**:Addressing customer inquiries, concerns and complaints professionally and promptly, striving to resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction.

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
