**Main Tasks**
- Work together with global project team on implementation, support and change request of the Human Resource Information Management System (HR service desk solutions, recruiting solutions, onboarding solutions)
- Conceptualization and Implementation of Systems/Tools Strategy & Roadmap: in identifying areas of opportunity to improve existing HR system processes, functionality, and workflow, and maximize technological capabilities to increase efficiency and reduce manual processes
- Process Improvement: Identify areas of improvement, capture potential future enhancements needed for on-going business needs and coordinate implementation of changes.
- Liaises with necessary colleagues or business partners outside HR to ensure delivery of the functional work as required.
- Management of existing HR IS Systems, including continuous improvements, user community trainings, license & release management, system cost development
- Stakeholder management to influence global directions to match Asia Pacific HR requirements as well as within Asia to manage individual (country) needs to regional solutions, wherever beneficial

**Requirements**:

- University / College graduate in IT or HR or other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in regional solution/system support with HRIT focus across the APAC region.
- 1-2 years project management experience.
- Good knowledge in SAPHR and Successfactor HCM modules
- SLA familiarity and performance driven work culture.
- Practical experience with HR processes and practices.
- Good English communication skills both verbal and written.
- Self-starter and proactive
- Experience in working with team members from various functions and across different country/region
