- Basic Salary **RM2,000 - RM2,500 + Commission** based on number of views (Up to RM6,000)

Our client, a reputable **Property Investment and Management **Company as well as the largest room rental platform in Malaysia that is growing rapidly over the years due to the market demand. They are currently seeking for an outgoing, bold, confident and creative person who enjoys creating **TikTok Video Content** to join their team. As part of the company, you will work with their digital marketing and social media specialists to grow their TikTok presence, embodying and communicating their mission of making room rental hassle and worry free.

**_Responsibilities: _**
- Be the face of company’s TikTok page
- With support from the team, bring your ideas to life by creating, filming, and editing ready-to-post TikTok contents
- Creatively adapt to data and insights shared with you by the company’s social media & digital marketing team
- Collaborate and share ideas, inspiration, and best practices with the team
- Support the social media team in developing a TikTok social strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy
- Create daily content for the company’s TikTok account
- Engage with TikTok followers and monitor conversations from the brand’s voice
- Identify and communicate with up-and-coming TikTok influencers and creators
- Keep your pulse on the latest TikTok and emerging platform trends, and propose ideas on how the company can show up on those platforms
- Work together with the social team to understand performance and growth metrics in order to adjust creative for optimizing posts
- Participate in brainstorms and content ideation
- Be self-sufficient with producing your own content
- Help concept, create, and execute TikTok & Instagram Reels content while identifying emerging trends and activating quickly to drive innovation, grow engagement, and community size within the platform

- Strong understanding of TikTok, the social media space, the social communities, conversations, and trends
- Proficient in Adobe Cloud or similar tools & video editing software needed for designing social-first content
