Telesales Agent

**ROLE :TELESALES AGENT**

**-Take care and support close customers, provide preferential programs for customers to increasesales -Completing the assigned KPIs as prescribed**

**Specialized knowledge and skills**:
**Necessary skills**: -Voice clear, fluent, good communication. And a good telesales person needs to knowhowtofocus on needs and the customer's desire to be able to give accurate advice -Selling skills, closing sales -Ability to handle -The ability to grasp customer psychology -Ability to work independently and in a team

**Education and experience**:

- Language Required : Mandarin & Malay -Min SPM graduated with at least 3 months of Tele-sales experience (making sales via call out)

**Working Days : 5.5 days a week (Monday
- Sunday)**

**Shift Timings : 9am - 6pm / 11am 8pm/ 12pm -9pm**

**Off Day: Based on schedule given**
