Responsibilities:

- Curriculum Development: Develop and adapt curriculum materials for Islamic studies in accordance with educational standards and the specific needs of students.
- Lesson Planning: Plan and prepare engaging and informative lessons that cover a range of topics in Islamic studies, including Quranic studies, Islamic history, theology and ethics.
- Instructional Delivery: Deliver lessons effectively using a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Islamic Education: Provide instruction on Islamic beliefs, rituals, practices, and moral values, while encouraging reflection on Islamic teachings.
- Cultural Understanding: Foster an understanding and appreciation of Islamic culture, traditions, and contributions to civilization among students.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Assess student learning through a variety of methods, such as exams, quizzes, projects, and class participation, and provide constructive feedback to support student progress.
- Parent Communication: Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to update them on students' progress, share information about the curriculum, and address any concerns or questions.
- Professional Development: Stay updated on developments in Islamic studies education, attend relevant workshops or conferences, and engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Islamic Studies, Islamic Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or qualification in Islamic education from a recognized institution.
- Previous teaching experience, preferably in Islamic studies or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for educating students about Islam and its teachings.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
