Job Description - Ensure smooth running in the day-to-day outlet operations in compliance to company policies, procedures and standards - To monitor compliance of operation SOP during store opening, closing and rush activities - Ensuring every outlet with sufficient manpower and staffs follow the company operation standard - Leading retail outlets to handling / problem solving on customer service issue such as fulfilling customers’ requirement and complaint - Requiring sales experience and market analysis, assisting company to achieve budget and sales target - Handling stock management, including of ordering stock to fulfil the local needs - Able to do stock audit & reporting work - Perform banking transaction Basic Requirements and Qualitfications - Manage to handle few outlets and staffing - Possess supervisor / assistant retail manager / retail manager or any of equivalent work experiences with retail background experiences is in advance opportunity - Prepared own vehicles to travel different places - Workstations: Klang Valley
