REPROGRAPHICS
- Implement a prioritised system for photocopying and printing to support academic staff.
- Coordinate photocopying, printing and laminating to ensure all work is prepared and ready for collection within agreed timescales.
- Ensure printing and copying is completed in a cost effective and environmentally conscious manner.
PREPARATION AND PLANNING
- Produce planning material and prepare work packs to support academic staff with lesson preparation.
- Support SLT with preparation and planning for secondary/whole school events during the course of the academic year. This may include occasional events outside of normal school hours, e.g. parents’ evenings.
- Keep secondary school calendar updated.
CLASSROOM AND SCHOOL DISPLAYS
- Assist in the mounting of displays (including children’s work), within classrooms and around the school, as directed.
- Assist in the creation and mounting of displays for school events and performances.
DATA AND TRACKING
- Update student CEM results and progress records to support academic and pastoral tracking and monitoring as requested by academic staff.
- Access and collate student CEM data and support in entering this into ISAMS
SAFEGUARDING
- Play an active role in the care, wellbeing and safeguarding of all students.
- Ensure that pupils feel safe and secure within the school environment.
- Undertake child protection and safeguarding training relevant to the role.
- Ensure that all incidents (or concerns) and actions (including communications) are logged onto CPOMs.
- Develop and implement systems which encourage pupils to:

Stay safe

Make a positive contribution to the school and wider community
Achieve academically
Achieve economic well being
Develop and implement systems that support and provide pupils with opportunities to seek help or advice from their peers or from appropriate adults.
- Proactively act on concerns, reporting immediately using the relevant school procedures.
- Contribute to safe and supportive school culture, climate and environment.
EXAMS
- Support with the checking of external exam entries.
- Support with the checking of external examination papers as and when they arrive in school.
- Plan the invigilation schedule for all internal and external exam.
- Preparation of students’ exam ID tags.
- Ensure that the examination storage cabinet is organised per exam date and time.
- Support with printing of annual exam papers.
- Support with invigilation as and when required.
OTHER
- Hold a current Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure for all countries lived in
- Compliance with visa requirements for working in Malaysia.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils, and a willingness to undertake appropriate child protection training when required.

- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for producing reports and presentations.
- Good cross-cultural, interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures.
