Job Description:
The weighbridge clerk is responsible to do weighing incoming and outcoming of raw material and recording for ISO purposes. In addition, the weighbridge clerk is also required to do administrative work such as preparing the overtime claim, assisting the plant head to prepare to batch report, and performing daily clerical jobs.
Bertanggungjawab untuk menimbang masuk dan keluar bahan mentah dan rakaman untuk tujuan ISO. Di samping itu, kerani jambatan timbang juga dikehendaki melakukan pentadbiran bekerja seperti menyediakan tuntutan kerja lebih masa, membantu ketua kilang untuk menyediakan laporan kumpulan, dan melakukan kerja perkeranian harian.
Key Areas:
- To weighing all incoming and out coming material and record data
- To assist plant head to make record and parts ordering
- To compile plants’ documents and check before submit to HQ
- To compile and record material DOs and concrete Dos
- To extract data from Thumbprint and prepare for overtime claim
- To assist plant head on administrative work..
Bidang Tugas:
- Menimbang semua bahan masuk dan keluar dan rekod data
- Membantu ketua kilang membuat pesanan rekod dan alat ganti
- Menyusun dokumen tumbuhan dan semak sebelum menyerahkan kepada HQ
- Menyusun dan merekod bahan DOs dan Dos konkrit
- Mengekstrak data daripada Thumbprint dan bersedia untuk tuntutan kerja lebih masa
- Membantu ketua kilang dalam kerja-kerja pentadbiran.
Requirement / Kelayakan:
SPM/DIPLOMA
