Bandar Puteri Klang, Malaysia APEX MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS SDN. BHD. Full time

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, expense reports, and general ledger entries.
- Support tax preparation processes by gathering and organizing relevant financial data for filings.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile discrepancies and ensure accuracy in financial statements.
- Aid in conducting research on tax regulations and updates to assist in compliance efforts.
- Assist in generating reports, charts, and summaries for internal and external use.
- Use accounting software proficiently to input data and generate reports as necessary (SQL/UBS/MYOB accounting software knowledge is an added advantage)
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflow and information exchange.
- Support ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned by the accounting or tax team leads.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounts & Tax Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
