**Job Scope**
- **Requirements Management**:Elicit and document business requirements for IT projects.
- **Analysis and Documentation**:Analyze and document current processes, creating specs and use cases.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:Facilitate clear communication between business and IT teams.
- **Solution Design**:Collaborate on designing IT solutions and system architecture.
- **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)**:Develop and execute UAT plans, ensuring user validation.
- **Change Management**:Support smooth transitions for new IT solutions, assist in training.
- **Data Analysis**:Conduct data analysis, define data requirements.
- **Project Management Support**:Collaborate on project progress tracking and resource planning.
- **Documentation Maintenance**:Maintain and update project documentation throughout the lifecycle.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
