1. In -Process QC will perform visual inspection and measurement specification based on Quality Standard Instruction (QSI).

2. Document inspection results by completing IPQC reports.

3. Prepare sample card for Injection Moulding Department machines as a reference during in-process inspection.

4. Prepare plastic parts for Statistics Load Test.

5. Able to work with minimum supervision.

6. Communicate required adjustment to IPQC leader.

7. Maintain 5s in IPQC area.

8. Understand and follow the work instruction and procedures.

9. Follow the instruction from superior.

10. Follow the safety procedures.

11. Follow company rule and regulations.

12. Carry out other duties as and when instructed by superiors from time to time.
