Moulding Technician

**Job responsibilities**:

- Ensure standard operating procedure (SOP) and safety are followed at all times.
- Plan the sequence of necessary actions for the completion of a job.
- Carry out the tool/equipment/set-up/new model testing and troubleshooting support.
- Responsible for all aspects of the injection mold processes including; changing out molds, completing setups, troubleshooting, operation, and maintenance of injection mold equipment.
- Disassembling mold tooling for cleaning and repairs.
- Respond quickly to all production service requests and efficiently troubleshoot and repair machines.
- Setting up equipment and ensuring each piece of equipment is appropriate for the intended mold design.
- Check conditions and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.
- Checking latest update in the related group WhatsApp
- Give briefing every Friday morning to discuss, and identify any problems or any updates to all production workers
- Monitor the workplace environment to keep it tidy and comply with factory regulations.

**Job requirements**:

- At least a Technical Certificate/Diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of injection moulding machines and their operation
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards
- Good knowledge of plastic quality standards
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and implementation
- Knowledge in Microsoft office especially Excel

Work Days = Monday to Friday

Working Hours = 08:00am to 06:00pm

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
